In general, if there is any problem with an order, please email us on email@example.com and we will assist you to ensure a smooth resolution.
If goods are faulty, we will refund the transaction in full.
As per online selling law, you have the right to cancel your order and return it (in saleable condition) within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
As a non-profit, every pound counts, and postage on returned items is a considerable overhead. If you would like to be reimbursed for postage on items that are being returned within 14 days, please let us know - otherwise we will only refund the item cost. For goods returned after 14 days, but within the 30-day return period, postage charge will not be refunded.
