Poster "The Composition of Human Milk"

Drawn by our Founder Claire Tchaikowski for the 2016 Bristol Food Connections Festival, this tree details all the known components of human milk.

Originally a 7ft by 9ft charcoal and ink drawing now on permanent loan at St Michael's Hospital in Bristol, the artwork was scanned one section at a time and puzzled back together digitally to offer these lovely prints.

Please note: Human Milk Oligosaccharides (HMOs) are missing from the drawing. Also please note that some words printed at A2 size are very small to read.
